No need for an inductor, use an oscilator and voltage doubler. Seen on the net somewhere a diagram for making a voltage doubler out of a 555 timer, capacitors and some diodes. doesn’t put out much current though. Oh and an amplifier in oscillation for more current…. Someone in the comments around this site posted a link that lead me to those circuits.
